Bathrooms are super clean, and the bedding is great, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. Decent breakfast and well-functioning air conditioning add comfort to your stay.
Location is a real downside-Solomou Street feels more like a slum with garbage and unpleasant smells everywhere. Walking to the hotel from Omonia Square is unsettling, with scenes of homelessness and unsavory characters lurking around, not exactly ideal for a leisurely stroll. The TV remotes get collected by the cleaners daily, which can be a bit annoying if you want to catch up on some cable channels.

very friendly staff, location typical for Omonoia area but hotel itself very clean, modest but very good breakfast
area around the hotel is very dirty but that is what hotel cannot influence and is typical for Athens city centre, if you overcome the first impression it is safe

I was looking forward to a fabulous stay, but found the breakfast to be one of the worst. As a discerning guest, i certainly expected an upgrade, at least, but received no such courtesy. And the area is less than charming, filled with all sorts of unwanted elements. Just couldn't recommend it.

Nice and cheap hotel near omonia square. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Neighboorhood not so nice, but we didn't feel unsafe. We had a very nice view of Acropolis at night from our room (room 66).
Not the best breakfast I have had.

The staff was very nice, you can ask for Juanito or Ares. Juanito speka several language, include spanish. Good breakfast and near the "Omonia", center of the metro. Near the acess to Acropolis too. There are some people that use drogs and call girls out around the place, but it you can see in others places too, not probleme. Good hotel for the price, great staff tha can help you all time, like when I lost the plane and just send email to the hotel and imediatlly answered changing the dates. Good prise in drinks.

The hotel boasts clean, super clean bathrooms and comfortable bedding. Air conditioning and a fridge in the room added to the convenience. The surrounding area presents challenges, with litter and unpleasant odors commonly found on Solomou Street. It's crucial to navigate carefully to reach nearby transportation and dining options, which can detract from the overall experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, although most of them did not speak a lot in English.
Room was quite dark because of the blinds.

The staff were accommodating, quickly resolving a shower issue. Local cafes opened early, perfect for our morning departures, and the low prices at the bar were a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was clean, friendly staff. Breakfast Buffet was ok, could not ask more for our budget. 15-20 min walk to Accropolis, 5-7 min walk from national archeological museum.
The location is not the nicest, but if you are going there for travelling then it's fine. There are balconys, but donot make much much sense to sit outside (a bit dirty). But we found the hotel itslef very clean and as we were not interested in spending time close to the hotel, we were not unhappy with dirt outside (due to some beggers). I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a budget hotel and mainly going there to enjoy the ancient architectures.

The staff were excellent and very helpful, the services very good, the rooms clean and comfortable, breaksfast is basic buffet typw, but more than enough to set you up for the day. The area leaves a bit to be desired but if you keep away from the locals. They keep away from you. The hotel is excellent value for the money being located so near to the centre of Athens and it's difficult to fault the service they offer; they were happy to keep my bags until 20.00 after I checked out at 10.30. I have used other similar hotels in the area in the past but this is the one for me from now on!
